Bastra Classy Hotel reviews
LikedThe property just opened last month so the facilities are also new as well. The staff are very accomodating.
“Great spot.”
LikedThe room was nice and it is in an optimal location for shopping and exploring.
“Amazing stay!”
LikedEverything! Great location just steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. The room was super clean and well-maintained. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. We unfortunately missed breakfast, even though it was served until 10:00 AM lol, mostly because the bed and mattress were so comfortable that we completely overslept! Would definitely stay here again!!!
LikedThe staffs are very helpful, friendly and hospitality. 5 stars for all services. Hb

“A shining gem in the heart of Hanoi Hotel.”
LikedI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The facilities and equipment were very new and modern. The staff were cheerful, friendly, enthusiastic, and helped me book a great-value 2-day, 1-night Ha Long Bay tour with excellent service. All of the staff, from the reception team to housekeeping, were incredibly supportive and welcoming. We truly had an amazing holiday here. The hotel is also in a very central location, which made everything very convenient. I will definitely come back to this hotel again in the future. Thank you all so much for your warm hospitality!
