“Small but powerful”
LikedLocation is right in the heart of Hanoi Old Town, steps away from all the interesting sites, food and shops. Service is attentive, seamless and helpful. It's a building in the Old Town, so it's tall deep and narrow for historical reasons. But despite that they've been able to do a lot with the property - small pool, gym, spa area and restaurant. Gym is small but reasonable and just about has all the fixed and free weights you need for a full workout. Breakfast is a decent spread and mix of international cuisines.
DislikedNot much. It was all good.
LikedService is exceptional, way above the average. From the service emloyees to the manager Hannah. hotel is brand new (2 months). Breakfast is reach, (hotel restaurant is really good) location is great as well. Room are well equipped, comfortable beds. Highly recommended
“Extremely nice staff and top notch hotel”
LikedGood location and nice rooms. Staff fantastic. I lost my phone and the staff even came to the police station to help me with translation. They all went out of their way to help with anything you asked for. Will definitely stay here again. Restaurant in the hotel is very nice too and the breakfast was fantastic with different food every day. Nice packed breakfast when going on tours early in the morning. Amazing staff
“Excellent stay”
LikedExcellent location. Many restaurants and shops in the vicinity. Can actually walk to some of the heritage sites. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.
DislikedThe only downside is that our room has a balcony that faces the main street so it could be a bit noisy. But then the hotel is thoughtful enough to provide ear plugs.

LikedThe hotel was clean, comfortable, and very accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
DislikedOur French Balcony room was a little noisy because it faced a busy road, but honestly, it wasn’t a big deal for us and didn’t really affect our stay.
