LikedStaff is friendly and have fluent English.Room that i stay was good and the bed was very comfortable. The wifi is good i had 160mbps average if i recall correctly. The hotel is clean.

LikedThe room was really clean and very spacious. Easily one of the best accommodations in Vietnam I've ever had. 1. The bed was very comfortable and clean 2. The bathroom has new fixtures and is immaculate 3. Breakfast is decent for the price 4. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. I checked in super late and they were still very nice. 5. Location is nice. Not too far from center but the area is not as busy as in most I think I have found a new go-to hotel

DislikedThe room and staff were excellent. The spa wasn't as relaxing though and can use a but more maintenance.

LikedThe location of the hotel is perfect Close to everywhere you need walking distance In addition, I am very sensitive to noise and was afraid that I would suffer from street noise, which did not actually happen The hotel contacted me on WhatsApp and gave me personal attention. I asked for a quiet, independent room, a private room without street noise, which helped me a lot with the noise disturbance for me. If you are looking for a luxurious place, this is not the place. If you are looking for good value for money, a respectable place to sleep in the center of the old city with a caring hotel staff and services, this is the place

DislikedThe hotel is excellent and the price-performance ratio is excellent, but it is not clear how the rating works in Vietnam because in my opinion it is not 5 stars. There seems to be a general problem with Vietnamese behavior towards tourists that also happened at this hotel, and it is communication problems and misunderstandings based on language. They have a very hard time with English and unpleasant misunderstandings are created, however they have a desire to do good and provide good service. I recommend verifying everything with them several times in other words or a picture and not just text to prevent mistakes.

LikedGreat facility. Clean and just nice. Lovely bathroom too. Staff were super friendly and super helpful. Kane was our main contact and he stayed in contact through WhatsApp throughout our trip. He gave us recommendations and responded whenever we needed help!

LikedThe hotel is nice, located in a central location in the old quarter of Hanoi, close to all of the main attractions within a short walk. The staff is very kind, helpful and attentive! They helped us with everything we needed!
