LikedWe had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. We've traveled to many places around the world, but this is the only place where we truly felt at home. Special thanks to Rose, Thomas and Tracy who helped us along the way and made us feel so well taken care of. Highly recommended we would love to come back!
LikedFrom the moment we landed in Vietnam until the moment we left, the manager and staff were excellent. They made sure we got to the property safely and even welcomed us with a “Welcome Beverage.” This property is conveniently centered in the Old Quarter and is a quick walk to shops, restaurants and historical sites. They also have a fantastic restaurant and bar on site that had delicious Vietnamese food as well as Western inspired cuisine. I highly recommend this property!

LikedA beautiful new hotel in a great location in Hanoi. The staff took care of all of our needs and requests seamlessly, even packing us a breakfast to go for our early morning departure on the last day. It was truly 5 star treatment in every interaction!

LikedI was truly impressed by the spacious and comfortable room, which made my stay very relaxing. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options every morning. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore Hanoi on foot. But what really stood out was the staff: every single team member was incredibly friendly, warm, and showed outstanding hospitality. They genuinely made me feel welcome and well cared for throughout my stay.
