LikedI like the staff. I've stayed in 5-Star hotels all over the world, but the staff in The Reverie make this hotel stand out above the rest. The people here actually "want" to provide a first class service, not just that they are being paid to do so. The small touches make all the difference.

LikedService was superb. Super friendly staff. My kid’s birthday happened to be one of day on our stay. Staff surprised him with a small cake and well wishes note which really made his day.

LikedEverything about this hotel went above our expectations. Every single staff person we came in contact with was professional, courteous, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The spa was magnificent, the room and amenities superb and constantly cleaned, the location was perfect and very walkable to points of interest. When we return to Ho Chi Minh City, we will absolutely stay at the Reverie again.
