“Five Star Hotel in the Harbor”
LikedWe loved the huge room with amazing views of Sydney Harbor, the opera house and the bridge. There were numerous restaurants on the property. The hotel room was spotless. The hotel is very hi-tech with your room key as your key to navigate the property and some of the restaurants. We were slightly miffed that Cirq at the top of the hotel had been taken over by a private party for the most part. However, staff made an accommodation for us. Ubers are very reliable and instantly available for getting around town.

“The best hotel and worth the price”
LikedGreat hotel with a bunch of amenities and things to do on and off property. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect - bathroom large and spacey with a huge tub and the bed was comfortable.
DislikedThe check in process was a nightmare. It took us 30 mins but after that everything went very smoothly. The don’t provide daily cleaning which I think is a big miss.

DislikedThe fact they you have to pay full price of accommodation in case you have to do late check-out. My flight was booked to 8:15pm I had do check-out at 11am. I have asked to do late check in and pay at least 50% for a day use but the hotel doesn’t have that service. I had to pay full amount for deluxe king too And used only from 2:00 until 6:00pm

LikedThe location, service and overall experience were exceptional. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and enjoyed a beautiful weekend away. From check-in and the wonderful butler service to every staff member we encountered, the service was consistently warm, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the entire experience made our anniversary feel incredibly special. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.
