The Langham Sydney

LikedEverything was impeccably clean and beautiful beyond words, and the rooms are exceptionally spacious—truly huge and very comfortable. The service is extremely fast, from luggage handling to room service, and everything is kept in perfect order. Housekeeping is truly exceptional—something I have never experienced anywhere else before. They even have exquisite signature fragrances for sale, and I just had to buy 4! I genuinely hope to become a loyal, elite member here. After traveling to Melbourne and returning to Sydney, I intentionally booked this hotel again because I couldn't—and wouldn't—go anywhere else. Honestly, after staying at this hotel, I am going to find it very difficult to adapt to any other hotels around the world. A massive thank you to every single member of the team💌

LikedCan’t beat the Langham chain. Great beds, great people.

LikedWe chose The Langham for a special family occasion, and the experience exceeded our expectations. My parents arrived a day before me and were greeted in their room with a thoughtful note congratulating them on our family event. They were extremely happy with their room and accommodations. From my conversations with the hotel before our arrival, it was clear the staff had taken careful notes about our occasion, different arrival times, and preferences. We felt genuinely well cared for throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the hotel became a peaceful place for our family to return to and recharge during a very full week in Sydney.

DislikedNothing of note. We were very happy with our stay and would gladly return!

LikedThe hotel is truly a 5-star experience. Everything you could possibly need is available in the room, with every detail thoughtfully designed with the guest in mind. The room is spacious and comfortable, and it has the best bed I’ve ever slept in. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. The location is also excellent. Overall, an outstanding hotel experience!

DislikedThe restaurant didn’t have too much options for dinner, only for room service!
