LikedI stayed for a week during a work trip and the room was clean and comfortable.
DislikedThere was no desk and chair in the room so it’s not a hotel for work trips I realize but lovely otherwise. The restaurant upstairs charges you 5 euros for the bread and the napkin without warning you, just be aware.
LikedAmazing experience from start to finish. We stayed in the Chic Room, and honestly, what a unique design. I completely fell in love with the rococo-inspired style, the atmosphere, and the overall character of the hotel. Hotel MOTTO has a very distinctive identity, and that uniqueness really makes the stay feel special. We were also incredibly touched that the hotel welcomed us with local pastries on arrival because we were visiting for our honeymoon. Such a thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to Omniah at reception, she was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for the drink recommendation, your kindness, and all your help during our stay. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend Hotel MOTTO to anyone who wants to truly enjoy their time in Vienna in a stylish, memorable, and unique hotel.

LikedThe hotel is very high quality, and in a nice area if you are not wanting to be right in the tourist area. We’ve stayed in Vienna a few other times in the tourist area and preferred this area. Excellent restaurant and bar - get reservations though. Great staff throughout - Pulja (sp ?) Bartender is wonderful.

DislikedStorage space is limited, making it tricky to unpack two suitcases. The room setup also caters much more to romantic partners than two friends sharing a room.
