LikedEverything, the location, the view, rooms everything was on top.

LikedEverything is wonderful, actually everything was exceptional. They thought of every bit of things a traveler need or might need.

DislikedAbsolutely nothing. But may be the closeness of other buildings , which affect room privacy, and guests can not leave curtains / blackout open to enjoy the views or whatever.

LikedWhile I expected a practical location for my short stay in Vienna, I spent a great weekend in a relaxing room with windows facing a train station, but with good views from the upper floors. The room was comfortable and stylish; the area was pleasantly quiet.

LikedGreat location - convenient to the Hauptbahnhoff and to the city via Strassenbahn, U-Bahn, or S-Bahn. Very nice, comfortable hotel, with very nice staff. We did not get their breakfast due to the high cost. But the Cyclist Cafe attached to the hotel has nice, simpler breakfast options.

LikedI've stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is my preferred choice in Vienna. It has a great location, even though it is not in the most central part of the city. The rooms are super comfortable, clean and very well maintained. In the past I've had a few instances where the staff was quite disengaged, but this time everyone was super responsive and friendly. If it stays this way I will keep coming back.

DislikedSome updates to the rooms will be welcome, e.g. some of the furniture is starting to show signs of wear that do not match the ambitions of the hotel.

LikedThe property is brand new and super nice. The location is amazing close to Wien HBF and D line. The restaurant is top notch.
