“Amazing!”
LikedBeautiful! And when we had a leak in the middle of the night in our bedroom they upgraded us to a suite and no additional charge and also a 250$ credit at their restaurant we had reserved for our anniversary.
LikedThe building was gorgeous. It made us feel like we're living in a castle. The room was specious and clean. The location was also amazing, with distance from the city center and in the forest made the stay comfortable and quiet.
DislikedThe food quality of the room service did not necessarily meet our expectation. If we had recognized that they had a nice cafe at the lobby floor at the beginning, we would have gotten food from there instead.

LikedExceptional staff! Everyone very kind and helpful. Beautiful property. Dined in the 1888 Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant on-site and both are exceptional. Spa services were good. We had a Fairmont Gold room that we felt was sizeable and extremely comfortable. Bath amenities were great. This was a splurge for us and it was well worth it!
