“Comfortable”
LikedWe upgraded our room to a suite. The space was wonderful and clean. The location is excellent for discovering old Quebec.
DislikedThe pull out bed was not to the standards of a Hilton stay.

LikedThe Hilton was conveniently located, the breakfast buffet had a wonderful selection of food. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to rent a car right at the hotel (and return it at the airport), which allowed us to spend several days in Quebec City without having to pay for a car, then go on a road trip easily when we checked out.
DislikedMore than one of the elevators was out of service, which meant longer waits for people who couldn't take the stairs. The staff members were generally friendly and efficient (especially the restaurant servers), but the front desk personnel were not as enthusiastic.
LikedHad a way to get coffee and pastries without big breakfasts. For someone who only drinks coffee in morning with no food GOOD DEAL.
“A bit expensive but worth it”
LikedEverything was good. The location is outstanding = a few minutes walk to old Quebec and also easy to experience something outside old Quebec.
DislikedIt was not a good idea to choose the option of valet parking service over self parking. It's more expensive especially when I fell like it was an obligation every time I dropped off or picked up my vehicle.
