LikedVery conveniently located, very clean and comfortable room

DislikedWe went for breakfast 8:00am at the hotel restaurant and waited 40 mins for the food to arrive. The reason in accordance to the staff being our order inputted but not received by the kitchen!!!! Told them we need to meet up our friends at 9:00am and still took them more or less 5 mins to have our check ready. Understood there’s people waiting outside to be seated but as all of them knew our food served late(caused we asked all 4 of them to check on our order), I certainly hope they are more considerate.

LikedFirst rate. Great location. Comfortable lodging with great views, lovely pool. Staff was fantastic.

DislikedPillows were stiff, but staff kindly replaced them upon request with more comfortable pillows.

DislikedToo pricey

LikedThe location was perfect, walking distance to everything in Old Quebec. The room and bathroom were beautiful and the king bed was very comfortable. The coffee maker in the room made great coffee, and we liked the turn-down service. The pool was small but after a long day of walking, we enjoyed using it.

DislikedThe pull-out couch was a little squeaky and not as comfortable as we would have liked, but my kids slept OK on it, and it was nice to have the option of fitting the 4 of us in one room.

Likedthe location was absolutely perfect to be able to explore Quebec and the region. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

LikedBeautiful Hotel! Very friendly staff! Great food! A surprise was the ABBA show right in the hotel!

LikedThe hotel is at a great location near the wall of the city. The air conditioning works very well. The beds are comfortable.

DislikedThe windows in the fitness center need tinting or something. The morning sun comes in very harshly, so you overheat and need to wear sunglasses to work out. That's not a huge deal, but something to be aware of if you exercise in the mornings.

LikedThey went above and beyond to make our 10 year anniversary special with champagne in our room and extra efforts throughout our stay!

DislikedJust the two elevators to get up to rooms takes a little bit longer because you have to get off and change elevators… but that is nitpicking because the hotel is amazing
