DislikedThe hotel looks outdated a little bit. The in room dining or SPA is very expensive in my opinion which we wished that it is in normal prices. Location wise is very good but you need taxi to go to nearby famous street.

LikedThe overall environment of the hotel was executive and luxurious. The staff was very courteous and professional in every way. Wonderful breakfast lounge with a great variety of cuisine. The view of the Bund from the rooms and the skyline was very charming especially at night. Overall a convenient location close to all tourist attractions. We enjoyed 🥰
