“Exceptional Service!”
LikedExceptional Customer Service (in particular Director of Rooms). Club Lounge Access Location Room, albeit a little dated, was very well maintained.

LikedEverything!!! It’s skittle dated design wise, and not Toto toilet, but the room is spacious, we maintained and that bed is heavily! Love the spa area too, I just wish it was easier to access (you need to sing in and get a key), and open linger hours.
