LikedAmazing hotel! Everything was perfect – the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The service was outstanding, the atmosphere was great, and the location was excellent. We had an incredible experience and truly enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended – we will definitely come back
LikedModern design room. Minimal carpet. Great vibe. Nice view Good breakfast.
DislikedService at breakfast in the outside area was average. Room could be cleaner.
LikedVery good service especially on Valentine's occation
LikedGorgeous breakfast! The seaview was bombastic. The premises are outstanding. Very pleasant place to stay, great design, very cozy and beautiful.
DislikedThis review is mostly for the hotel than for other guests. 1. Bad receptionist. We checked in around 11PM on Feb 11. I hope this information will help identify the receptionist with a beard who doesn't seem to know how to smile. He was borderline rude. I felt like at the interrogation. Poor communication skills, wasn't able to explain to me why he was asking me with a dead serious face if I was from Romania while holding my Romanian passport. He was really close to destroying the great impression we had after entering the hotel. 2. Cheap coupon experience. We found a coupon for 2 free drinks in our room, provided by the hotel, to be used inside the hotel. In one of the evenings we went to get some drinks. We were informed that not all drinks were included. I asked if sweet wine was, got the answer that it didnt. Decided to BUY(explicitly stating this) a glass of sweet wine, alongside the tea, that was supposed to fall under the coupon. Ended up paying for tea as well. I decided not to fight over 7 euros, as a Amara guest that's the money i can spend without hesitation . But got a very unpleasant aftertaste that the hotel had a cheap behaviour of not including a 13 euro wine under its own coupon, and not having the diligence to respect my coupon for other order. I just left the coupon unclaimed on the table, didn't want to spoil my mood over fighting for 7 euros or why wouldnt a cheap wine be under the coupon. -
LikedNice location with everything you need. Great restaurants
DislikedLack of a steam sauna
LikedEverything ! Very relaxing atmosphere everything you need under one rooftop.
LikedThe hotel is really of a very high standard. We enjoyed every moment, it was luxurious, clean, beautiful and calm. The view is amazing. There is a lot to do at the hotel and there is really no reason to go outside. The breakfast was excellent and rich, I have never encountered such abundance before.
DislikedWe really didn't like that we asked for ice in the room and were asked to pay for this service. This shouldn't be a paid service, it's part of the room service that the guest is supposed to receive. The hotel's restaurants and bars are very, very expensive, at an unreasonable level, and so is the spa.
