LikedClean, modern hotel, well located for both city and airport. Super sky bar overlooking Mount Vesuvius. Fabulous staff. Free city shuttle bus a massive bonus.

Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel reviews
“Luxury in Napoli”
LikedThe hotel is great for a trip in the area - just near the Autostrada but also has easy access to the city center. The design is like a boutiqe hotel in Italy but on the other hand very spacious. One of the nicest rooms that we spend in Italy - Family of 4
DislikedSomething didn't work in the resturant during breakfast. we didn't know we should order from the waiters and a lot of items were missing and we had to wait a lot to get refill. I think it is a one of a kind situtation and everyone aplogies
“Excelent choice close to the airport”
LikedFriendly staff. Close to the airport. Very nice and modern rooms. Very nice breakfast.
LikedVery clean, nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast.
“Great hotel bad location”
LikedNew and high level amazing staff. Luigi from reception was phenomenal
DislikedLocation bad
Likedamazing a/c, super spatious room! great breakfast, stuff are very friendly
Dislikedthe area and neighborhood are totally abandoned. it can be quite unpleasant to walk around there. but the shuttle service is a great alternative!
“Fantastic hotel!!!!”
LikedThe hotel was fantastic, it was clean and seemed futuristic. My kids didn’t want to leave. The free transportation from the hotel to the city center was an added bonus and Danilo (I think I spelt it right) the driver was spectacular! He was very helpful.
DislikedThe area around the hotel could use some help but it’s only 10 min away from the airport and 15 to the city center which made up for it.
“Not bad, but hospitality could improve.”
LikedHotel feels new, clean and the rooms are big. The "hotel" side you cannot complain for the price you pay.
DislikedThe staff --- the one at the reception is fine, those in the G/F restaurant during breakfast and those at the sky bar are very inattentive. The breakfast --- Why charge people for omelette and why dont you just put a coffee machine for people to get what they want? If your staffs are not attentive and maybe just put a machine there and solve all the problems.
