LikedThe hotel is right in the center of everything The room was big and the refrigerator had free beverages for us. The decor was a bit quirky but it made the stay fun. The bathroom was big and modern with good lighting. The A/C 9 which was really needed) was good. The staff was extremely helpful and even made an early breakfast because of our early flight

DislikedThe entrance from Via Toledo is a bit stressful, there is elevator to the second floor, and the welcome in the hotel and assorted furniture was amazing, big like.

LikedThe location is super central. It is in the main pedestrian street of Naples. The hotel is in an historical building. It is on the first floor of the building. We enjoyed the central location. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

LikedThis hotel has charm and is very cozy. My room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable and is located on a very popular pedestrian only street. The staff were gracious and helpful. Not only was a delicious breakfast offered daily but they also have 24 hour snacks and drinks available.even though vehicles are not allowed on Toledo Street you can get a taxi close by and the Metro station is right down the street.
DislikedThe very old and large door to get access to the property closes at 8 but you are given all the keys you need to get inside. There is a small elevator to get you to the 2 nd floor. I didn’t mind all this because it is all part of staying in a boutique hotel with charm.
