LikedVery clean hotel and room, good breakfast. Excellent location and staff is very friendly. It was such a pleasure to interact with Luidgi, who helped us through out our stay with everything.

“Great choice to stay - close to the Naples port and next to the Spanish Quarter.”

LikedThe location is right on the border of the Spanish Quarter of Naples. The entrance was a little hard to find. It is in an alley between outside seating of two different restaurants. If you arrive after 6 or 7PM you will have to ring the buzzer of the hotel. The same entrance is used for apartments in other parts of the building - it is a large building.

DislikedTrying to find the entrance was a challenge - just remember It is in an alley (Piazzetta Matilde Serao) between outside seating of two different restaurants. It is a large wood door with a multi-button gold box intercom next to the door.Press the Hotel Matilde button if coming at night and they will buzz you in. Take the stairs to the second floor to the hotel entrance.

“Great property with a nice staff in a good location”

LikedStaff was wonderful and room was clean and nice. Great breakfast each morning. Location was perfect for shopping

DislikedThere was a lot of construction and roads cut off around the hotel so that was a bit of an inconvenience

LikedEverything was great, room, staff , hotel were all very nice.

DislikedIt was a little difficult to find weven with signs they had. Not easy to access the front door. Figured out we had to buzz someone to access the building, it wasn't clear what floor they were on. Elevator not the best.

“Fantastic modern hotel right in the middle of where you want to be in Naples”

LikedSuper convenient and centrally located. Staff were so friendly and great. Really enjoyed the breakfast too

DislikedOne night the street below was really loud. Guess that’s to be expected when you’re so in the middle of everything. Instructions on how to get into the hotel should be provided. Incredibly difficult to locate the first time

“A lovely little hotel in a great location with great staff.”

LikedThe rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are outstanding. The breakfast has a nice assortment of options.

DislikedThe rooms are all located on the first floor of a building connected to a shopping atrium. The entrance is on a side alley that is a little hard to find. My room was located on the shopping atrium side of the hotel, which was exceptionally noisy into early morning hours. Fortunately, I had ear plugs, which helped.
