LikedEverything was absolutely perfect! From the exceptional service to the incredible food, every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing. The bathroom was stunning, with a large bathtub, a beautiful shower, and a comfortable seating area. The restaurants were excellent, the bar had a wonderful atmosphere, and the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. We truly fell in love with this place and will definitely be back! ❤

LikedThe staff are great - they couldn’t do more for you. The breakfast was the best we had in Japan. The rooms were great, spacious and really clean and tastefully designed. The spa was also amazing.
DislikedThe property is a 20 min walk into Kyoto, this means you have to get taxis to/from Kyoto. The taxis are cheap so it didn’t bother us too much but something to be mindful of.
