LikedThe service is spectacular! They wait on you hand and foot! Every need met and anticipated.
DislikedThere are some sales people right as yoy come off the elevator that will try to get you to come to a presentation forva vacation club. They wereca little much.
LikedThe staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. The food is delicious, with so many choices to satisfy even the picky eaters. The menu at the specialty restaurants is also great. They have activities for all ages.
LikedThe rooms were very spacious and comfortable! The beds and pillows were amazing! The pools were wonderful and the beach was very nice! The food was also very good!!
LikedIt is well maintained, super clean, great location
LikedLocation- easy access to shopping center, beach front and so many activities to choose from. Food and drinks- they have variety and all-inclusive is an awesome package.
DislikedThe hotel is big with so many guests and I think if you can provide different locations for buffet, that will be massive improvement considering guests had to wait in the queue for buffet.
LikedIt was clean the staff was amazing and on top of everything!
DislikedEverything
LikedOne pool area is clearly marked for adults only. The selection of restaurants is excellent. Music in the lobby bar every evening (we are dancers). The Havana Club is fun (we are dancers). The new lobby decorations and seating are very nice.
DislikedThe music in the lobby bar was not advertised on the events screens; this makes day planning difficult; the lobby bar staff apparently were not informed either.
LikedThe rooms are nice and the food is much better than any other AI I’ve been to
