“One night stay, but love it”

LikedLove my room - fully remodeled, very nice design and details. Super friendly staff, late check out offered no-charge (appreciated). Also professional and comfy Airport ride, great service

“A grand dame in the heart of Mexico City--an excellent choice always.”

LikedPros: Location is top-notch. Staff are very friendly, courteous, and very attentive (a hallmark of the FS brand). Rooms were comfortable and the pillows/bed were a dream. The room temperature was adequate. Food was great, with a particular shoutout to cocktails at Fifty Mills. The inner courtyard is a beautiful and lush garden.

DislikedCons: The hallways/rooms are a bit outdated, but the property is being redone gradually (which can also be somewhat noisy, but we were forewarned). The pool area is underwhelming.

“Overall it was good but rooms not what we have experienced at other Four Seasons.”

LikedThe courtyard and lobby are wonderful. Great breakfast.

DislikedThe rooms are really old and tired. Need renovations badly

“Wonderful home base for exploring Mexico City.”

LikedSecond stay in a year. The hotel is perfect. They were so kind to us once we checked out and kept our bags. The food there is also wonderful. You do not feel like you are eating in a hotel.

“The Colors, Energy and Spirit of Mexico City!”

LikedAlthough our stay started with some concerns due to the renovation works, the genuine care, warmth and professionalism of the team quickly turned it into an unforgettable experience. We truly felt the colors, energy and spirit of Mexico City throughout our stay. With its beautiful architecture and outstanding location, the hotel is one of the best places to experience the city. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team, and especially to Angelica, Emma and Axel, whose warmth and personal attention made us feel like family

LikedThe whole atmosphere and attitude of front desk personnel.

DislikedThe facilities start to look a bit old. Shower didn't have that much power.
