LikedThere was nothing not to like! This was a dream vacation! The staff were amazing and our concierge, Raquel, planned the perfect excursions for us!
DislikedI wish more restaurants at the location were open but we went during the slow season so that’s to be expected.
LikedOn a beautiful beach with cushy daybeds. Big and comfortable room. Loved the outdoors shower. Good food and nice design. We went during the week and it was quiet and relaxing.
DislikedA bit far from the main area where most the restaurants are. The personnel was very kind and cordial but not very efficient. They gave us the wrong closing time to visit the ruins which was a bummer. The spa prices were very steep
LikedI loved everything and I know this might sound weird but not having a tv, stereo or a clock in the rooms made everything better no news to be stressed about just a very calming feeling and solitude and no kids THE BEST VACATION EVER
Dislikedthe only way it could have been better is if you never let me leave I could have lived at the Be Tulum for the rest of my life

DislikedMy jungle suite didn't have a balcony as it was highlighted when booked. Pools at the beach club should have a water heater so guests may enjoy them. They were always empty because the water was too cold.

DislikedBooked a private rooftop pool suite only to find we were overlooking (and hearing noisy) construction directly next to us - understand this type of thing is unavoidable but disappointing nonetheless It's quite expensive and while the suites can easily accommodate 3-4 people they charge extra for any occupants beyond 2
Likedbreakfast was really good, except it is included but they want you to pay the waitresses every day and wont let you go if not
