NABOA Hotel Tulum

LikedI can’t say enough about this lovely hotel and the wonderful staff at NABOA. The rooms were huge and gorgeous and super comfortable. The shower was amazing. I was traveling with my 7 year old daughter and she loved feeling so fancy being on the beautiful property. The staff were so kind to her- gracias Paola and Perla!! They were so helpful and accommodating of every need and request. Breakfast at Lu Lo was outstanding- I will dream of that passion fruit yogurt bowl forever.

DislikedUnfortunately the pool needed to be shut down for 2 days due to a maintenance issue and we couldn’t use the outdoor tub because it wouldn’t hold water. The hotel location was also a little far from other restaurants or activities so walking wasn’t really an option and we needed to rent an ATV to get around. These are very minor things though compared to how lovely our stay was at Naboa!

Likedi loved the communication, the architecture, they let us check in early.

Dislikedit was a bit secluded. but could be bad or good according to your preference.

LikedNaboa is like the perfect hidden gem. I had a blast. The time there were only two other people on the property. Very quiet and I loved my room. My room was huge and right next to the pool. The room was spacious, I loved the outside bathtub and shower. Lets talk about the food. The food was amazing and I loved how it wasn’t expensive. I will definitely come back.

DislikedI actually don't have any complaints. This isn't a party property though which is okay. It's a hidden gem that's beautiful and quiet. I actually like it. Especially when you are out all day doing excursions. Oh, and I would say the roads around the property are terrible.

LikedI had the perfect stay at this hotel and honestly didn’t want to leave. The rooms were super comfortable, spotless and well designed, the pool was beautiful, and the food was absolutely delicious. The whole place has such a relaxing vibe and the staff made everything so easy and enjoyable. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. kudos to the team at Naboa!

LikedEverything, from the suite to the speaker in the room. Everything was beyond expectations, and it happened that I was the only resident since it had just opened so I had the place all to myself. Armando was so nice to me too!
