LikedA true slice of heaven! Sana Tulum is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful, memorable, and deeply special. From the very first touchpoint with the concierge before we arrived, and throughout our stay, the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. The hotel itself is a masterpiece of architectural design. The food, the comfort, the music, and the intentional layout of the rooms, dining spaces, rooftop, and especially the beachside outdoor sitting and dancing area—all of it felt beautifully curated. The location was also incredible: on a beautiful, safe street with amazing restaurants and charming boutique shops just a short walk away. What a gift. Thank you so much. We will absolutely be back!
