LikedA wonderful hotel in a great location right in the Harbor. Terrific restaurant (Onemata). The staff were very pleasant. The room was huge and well appointed, with fridge, minibar, Nespresso, powder room, separate room for shower and tub with two sinks, wardrobe, enormous bed, sitting area with large couch and table, electronic controls of lights, a balcony with a beautiful harbor view. The hotel has a large gym with many cardio machines of various types, free weights, and weight machines. The outdoor pool is heated and under cover. Walking to downtown was quick over the pedestrian bridge or through the city. The view from My room was fantastic.

LikedGreat location! Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Room was lovely, very comfortable bed. Great view! Breakfast was good (for a cost) and plentiful. We will stay here again.

LikedStunning, spacious rooms. Grateful for the upgrade to harbor view. Central location made my work obligations downtown easy to get to. Service and hospitality from every person in encountered was top notch.

DislikedThere was some noise of banging doors and other people showering I could hear late at night and again early.

LikedThe property was very nice and clean. It was in the central location close to all the major landmarks. Sky city Casino was only minutes away. The rooms were very spacious and the balcony was awesome with a view of the Harbour. The staff was very helpful too. The whole day dining was very accommodated and they served very late night as well. The quality of the food was amazing.

LikedComfortable bed, great shower, pleasant and accommodating staff. There are so many restaurants on-site and within walking distance, it’s a great place to land and relax when flying into Auckland.
