LikedPerfect central location, great for a traveller without a vehicle. The room was dark, quiet and comfortable to sleep in, which is the most important thing.

LikedCentrally located, only a few minutes walk to top rated restaurants, transport, and shopping. It is well maintained, beautiful decor, good vibes, all staff were attentive and friendly, and the hotel was clean. Wifi is provided, and the hotel restaurant was delicious.

LikedWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Britomart and it is, without question, one of the finest hotel experiences we have had. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The room was beautifully appointed, the onsite restaurants were all sensational (although on this trip, we only dined in Kingi and the seafood on offer was amazing). The location is simply hard to beat. What truly set the experience apart, however, was the staff. Warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. We didn't use the complimentary bikes as we had a rental car, but we loved that they were available. We searched hard for something to critique and came up empty. Hotel Britomart is the complete package, and we would not hesitate to return or recommend it to anyone visiting Auckland. Five stars, without hesitation.
