LikedThe only small issue i had, complementary water should have been abundant for two people, you cant have coffee in the morning and drink the whole previous night with two small bottles. the rest was amazing, the AC was so silent ! great hotel. I recommend. bravo !
Dislikedthe AC was so silent ! great hotel. I recommend. bravo !
LikedGood size and nicely decorated room. Great location within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Very polite and helpful staff. Delicious food at the restaurant.
DislikedThere was no free water in the room. But you could get free water at the reception and they did do turn down service and left chocolates:)
Likedexcellent good servide nice staff very accommodating

LikedThe hotel was very well located, the staff very friendly and helpful !!! Rooms where nice, a lot of details and amenities for the guests. the bed was super comfortable !!
DislikedI cant think of anything
LikedService was excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious and the location of the hotel was fantastic. The concierge team helped us with dinner reservations, flamenco show, shopping recommendations as well as other random help and calls and we really appreciated them.
DislikedThe bathroom could use some attention/renovation as the shower and sinks did not drain well. Additionally, the hand held showerhead option in the shower was broken. They had a rain shower option so it was fine but just needs some attention. If you are sensitive to noise I would reconsider. There was maybe a club or something so there was noise during the day and night. I was fine with my sound machine so it didn’t bother me but I could see it being problematic for others.
LikedGreat room upgrade. Staff always ultra friendly and professional.
LikedI actually love everything about the concept of the hotel
DislikedThat the room was not like the design of the picture
