LikedThe foot cream at turndown was the most thoughtful and perfect detail I’ve had in a hotel.

LikedThe location was perfect its in the middle between gran via and Serrano 12 minutes walk for both Staff were nice and helpful

DislikedThe hotel little bit old beed for renovation and has a smell i can’t explain it’s from the woods or carpets or cleaning stuff but it’s annoying Also most of rooms has inner view so you can’t keep your curtains open but the staff upgrade my room to junior suite to solve this problem

LikedThe stay and overall hotel experience were amazing. The hotel is beautiful, and the food is excellent. However, I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Nerea, she is incredibly friendly and kind, and truly makes the whole experience even better. She is a very valuable employee to have!

LikedBreakfast was very nice - with good variety of local and international food. Serving was very elegant. Staff was very accommodating The reception staff was very helpful on multiple occasions. The dinner the restaurant in the evening was very good Location was nice - walking (albeit long walk) distance to the city center, but surrounding district has its charm and few walks we had through Salamanca were very pleasant.

LikedThe scale felt cozy, very homey. The decore, the staff, it was a lovely hotel!

LikedEverything was amazing. The service was top notch, staff speaks Spanish and English, the breakfast was custom and quiet and served until 11, very close to a metro station and a 30 minute walk from the Prado and other attractions, etc.

DislikedThe water took a few minutes to get hot rather than a few seconds, and the elevator is slow. Everything else was amazing.
