LikedThe staff members were exceptionally attentive. The property was well-maintained. The rooms were cozy and comfortable with beautiful furnishings. The location is just a short ride to the city center.
LikedThe staff was helpful and understanding beyond what you would expect from a hotel without a giant chain. From the reception to the bar and housekeeping staff, everyone brought their A game. I have to mention Remus from reception, in particular. The man was a one-man problem-solving machine. I recommend anyone staying in Madrid that wants a small, intimate, but very catered-to experience stay here.

LikedExcellent overall. Met by staff with a drink during check in. Everyone very pleasant and friendly. Room was excellent. Bed extremely comfortable and blackout blinds were the best I have experienced. Would happily visit again.
