LikedYou can tell that a lot of thought and care goes into maintaining this hotel so that every guest feels like a VIP. - Careful touches to the room made it feel luxurious. - Room was huge with great amenities and personal touch so you feel well taken care of. - Friendly staff that make you feel welcome the moment you enter. - Pool/surroundings were lovely This is the first place I’ve stayed that I can 100% say you get value for your money. DislikedOne male staff member in the lobby (he was mainly standing by the front desk during breakfast) kept staring at me. It made me uncomfortable when I just wanted to enjoy my breakfast in peace. I think all staff should be culturally and ethnically aware so they don’t stare at guests who look different than them. He was the only one who did it. The rest of the staff, especially my check-in the day before was perfect. Professional staff who explained everything to me when he brought me to my room and friendly smiles from the women.

LikedHotel Sensai was the best hotel we stayed in during our travels around Thailand. The staff go above and beyond here! Upon arrival we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and were told our room had been upgraded. The room was absolutely amazing! The pool is heated and so nice for relaxing. The breakfast as well as the lunch/dinner food here is incredible. The location of the hotel is also perfect. You can walk to many things and both tours we booked, picked us up right in the hotel lobby. I can't recommend Hotel Sensai enough!
