LikedI truly loved every single thing about this beautiful resort and really enjoyed my stay. The attention to detail was exceptional, and you can clearly see how much thought and care has gone into creating such a wonderful experience. The views were absolutely breathtaking—definitely among the most beautiful places I’ve visited recently. The combination of the stunning surroundings, peaceful atmosphere, and excellent attention to detail made my stay truly memorable. I would definitely love to come back again.

DislikedThe only thing I would like to see in the future, if they have a private beach to be accessible from the hotel.

LikedStaff were exceptionally nice, high agency, eager to help with any requests. Upon checkin, I offered a card on file which they declined - very rare these days. The ventilation systems in the room are excellent, so is the pillow menu. Mattresses of good quality, but regrettably, the standard 180cm in width. Room was spacious, and in-room dining took on average 15 mins to deliver - exceptional. Views were stunning, hotel was clean and cozy. Will definitely return and recommend this place to friends and family.

DislikedThe hotel badly needs blackout curtains, otherwise impossible to sleep past sunrise without a sleep mask. Sunscreen was not available anywhere in the hotel, even for purchase. In-room dining could use a few more healthy options. The gym could use a bit more equipment (max dumbells 20kg), cardio bike not working.

LikedEverything about our stay was exceptional. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spotless, the pool and facilities are fantastic, and the food was excellent throughout. But what truly made our stay special was the staff. From the concierge team to the restaurant staff and waiters, everyone was incredibly warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming. The level of service was outstanding and made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. A wonderful team and a truly memorable experience!
