LikedThe hotel was absolutely spotless, very spacious and exceptionally well organised. Although there were plenty of activities and families with children, the property is large and thoughtfully designed, so you can always find a quiet corner to relax if you prefer some peace and quiet.
The food was very good, and the sea was lovely. However, what truly makes this hotel exceptional is the outstanding quality of its service and staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, professional and clearly very well trained. The level of service was remarkable and one of the main reasons I gave this hotel a 10 out of 10.
DislikedThe main area for improvement, in my opinion, is the quality and selection of drinks. The choice of red, white and sparkling wines included in the all-inclusive package was very limited, with only one type of Prosecco available. Unfortunately, the wines and Prosecco included in the package tasted rather inexpensive, and I would have appreciated a wider selection and better quality.
I also wasn't particularly happy that some of the restaurants, including the steakhouse, charged an additional service fee of up to €50 per person, despite this being an all-inclusive resort.
Another area for improvement is the consistency of cocktails. We noticed that the same cocktail could be excellent when ordered at one bar but noticeably worse when ordered elsewhere or in one of the restaurants. It would be great if all bartenders followed the same recipes and preparation standards to ensure consistent quality throughout the resort.
Finally, although the food was good overall, I would have loved to see a wider selection of seafood.
Of course, I understand that many of these points come down to personal preferences and that not everything can be expected at this price point. Despite these minor criticisms, I still believe the hotel offers excellent value for money, and they certainly didn't take away from our overall wonderful experience.
