As an MO Member, I truly appreciated the thoughtful Mandarin touch throughout the experience. The breakfast selection was outstanding, offering a delicious variety of both local Turkish specialties and international favorites. Special thank you to Semsa and Hassan, and all the staff who took exceptional care of me throughout my stay with genuine kindness, professionalism, and valuable recommendations from the buggy drivers to the beach staff to the spa... A truly luxurious and memorable experience. I look forward to returning.

All staff were very supportive and friendly (Yarin, Ela, Rabiya, Ramazan, Ege, Hasan, Berfu(breakfast reception), Murat at Hakkasan and to all the buggy drivers BIG THANK YOU

LikedThe breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally kind and supportive. The kids' area was fantastic—welcoming and well-staffed with friendly, attentive team members. There is also a great shallow pool for kids and outdoor playground which my toddler loved. The concierge was incredibly helpful, attending to all our needs with care. Overall, the service was truly top-notch—definitely five stars!
DislikedMany of the restaurants on the property were closed during the off-season, which limited dining options. The available food, while decent, was significantly overpriced for what was offered.
