DislikedWe checked-out early in the morning and were rushing to the airport, but the employee took a long time to bring our car to us, which made us nervous.

LikedYou won’t find a better hotel. It’s remote so you’ll be staying in the resort the whole time but it’s definitely worth it. The GEM service is a great touch.

LikedKids club was amazing! The room was very spacious and comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly. The breakfast and food was great! Also loved the spa.

DislikedThe hotel was amazing, but there’s a few small things I didn’t love. Everything is very very expensive - for example, an aperol spritz is €30. I also wish they provided more water in the room. The tv screen mirroring didn’t work, and the only English channels were news channels. Also, beware that the drive to the hotel is very windy and bumpy… our entire family got extremely car sick. But honestly, it’s worth it once you’re there!

LikedMy only regret is not booking for more days, one week here it is definitely not enough. Starting with the impeccable staff, food, amenities, views to die for, beaches where you don’t have the sense of overfilling with sunbeds, it could noy have been any better
