“Vibes were amazing”
LikedArnold at valet was super professional as well as very caring towards our needs. Always prompt and willing to help. Thank you Arnold! Minnie was also very accommodating and made my special occasion feel extra especial. LikedThe hotel is in a great part of town - Harwood District. A lot of things to do and close to Klyde Warren Park.

LikedThe staff was very friendly and warm. We were greeted by name and everyone went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While sitting at the rooftop bar looking over the city, a staff member even came over and started pointing out areas of interests and gave us a brief history of the area. As we left the hotel that evening, he went out of his way to acknowledge us.
DislikedThere was nothing that could have been better. Everything was wonderful.

LikedEverything. We were warmly greeted and the entire staff was exceptional. Our room was great and the amenities were great. We ate breakfast on the 20th floor with wonderful views, great food and a great staff.
DislikedWater pressure was a little low in the shower but that was not a big deal.
