LikedGreat location right in the middle of everything we wanted to go to and Zaza having 2 SUV’s that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius was amazing. Our vehicle stayed parked for the entirety of our trip, we had no driving worries. I cannot say enough about the valet staff, they were so polite, hard working and very personable with us! Wonderful experience with them especially!
LikedWonderful hotel in a great location. We had a room with a very large balcony overlooking the city, which is truly remarkable. Very classic pop decor throughout the common areas and rooms. Warm chocolate chip cookies and an afternoon wine bar were very unexpected. Great restaurant and bar that serves until 1 am is a real plus.
LikedIt's a beautiful hotel with a great location and wonderful staff.
DislikedPillows. I always hate the pillows lol
LikedRoom was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind - all went above and beyond. The restaurant was easy and delicious. Great location. I would stay here again.
LikedThe staff especially Zoe was wonderful. Friendly capable and efficient.
DislikedThe decor is a bit too eclectic for my taste. The Greco Roman steampunk Moroccan bauhaus was maybe a bit over the top.
LikedPerfectly run, spotless, truly exceptional hotel in a great location. The concierge team goes above and beyond (Craig, Gordon, Keith) every time. The pool is perfect. The spa is amazing. This is the best hotel in Dallas.
DislikedNada
LikedVery nice accommodations , very comfortable , beautiful lobby and hotel, restaurant was great. Friendly staff .
DislikedA little noisy from outside traffic .
LikedLoved the concierge and valet services. The hotel staff is great!! The little extras like snacks, drinks and candy in the lobby at different times was fun. Having a bartender that could bring food & drinks to our seats was very resort feeling.
DislikedThe pool was very small for the weekend crowd. We literally couldn’t find a seat by the pool on a Saturday after brunch. Thankfully we were able to get late check out on Sunday and found it to be less crazy.
