LikedIncredible property, super nice staff, all the restaurants are great, massage I had at the spa was also amazing. Right on the beach, lots of pools to lay by. Love the gym - newer equipment and 4 Pelotons with a nice view! Right on the beach path walk. We booked last minute for our honeymoon because the Westin had no power for days. Glad we did - we will definitely stay here again.

DislikedAll the restaurants are a bit expensive but that’s to be expected. You can drive 5 mins for great food nearby. Wish the coffee was better - we went to Island Vintage every morning.

LikedLocation, family hotel and very friendly staff. The Pilina Restaurant and its bar were also great. Initially we had some room problems and had to change two rooms, but Manager Shayna Buluson was so helpful that everything turned out great. Thk you Shayna!

LikedI'll give the rooms a 10/10. The suits and the bathrooms are spacious, making for a very comfortable stay with a kid. The cleaning ladies did a great job twice daily.

DislikedI requested a room at least 3-4 floors above, away from elevators and vending machines. This wasn’t a luxury craving or whim; I clearly mentioned my sleep issues in the request, made over two months ago. Despite this, we ended up on the first floor right next to the elevators and vending machines. After a 15-hour flight and spending a good amount on the booking, this was hardly an ideal start to our vacation. The front desk staff didn't make any effort to resolve the issue and simply said, 'It's spring break.' That’s precisely why I made the request months in advance! What’s the point of making requests if they’re ignored? Just remove that option during booking. After check-in, we found dirt under the sofa’s mattress. The cleaning staff changed all the bedding after the second request.

LikedExtremely clean and pleasant surroundings. Staff were great and you truly felt pampered. Lots of extras that were just part of a quality organization.
