“Amazing Stay”
LikedWhat an incredible hotel. Fantastic Location, Luxury rooms and Incredible Service. We were welcomed with some special surprises in our room for our celebrations, very thoughtful and kind. The staff were exceptional, from the lobby to the pool. Very high standard that we very much appreciated during our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Nashville, you will not regret. We were close and walking distance to everything happening in Nashville - can't wait to return again. Amazing and thankyou gain to everyone at Four Seasons in Nashville....

“Modern Elegance”
LikedLoved the location (close to downtown, but quiet), river view, pool, cleanliness, shower, comfort of the bedding, restaurant guide, and turn-down service. The cleaning staff even texted me one day asking if we wanted our room cleaned despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ light being activated.
DislikedI was surprised by the lackluster greeting upon check-in. This was my first Four Seasons experience and I always pictured a complimentary champagne flute being handed to me when I walked-in and a bell-hop taking my bags to the room.

LikedThe service was exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Dan whom helped with our luggage and get us settled in our room. Also Addie, front desk representative was very pleasant and extremely helpful getting us checked in. Throughout our entire stay, we experienced amazing hospitality and impeccable service from everyone, extending from front lobby to pool attendants, baristas and restaurant servers. Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and comfortable! We also liked the location, everything was within walking distance.
DislikedI can’t think of anything negative about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations!
