LikedGood service esp. pool side. Pleasant staff at all times - in the lobby. Great staff and drinks at the Speakeasy bar on 2nd floor.
DislikedHorrible housekeeping service. First anniversary trip. No housekeeping for the room all nights. Had to ask for water and coffee pods, towels. One night turn down while we were out for dinner. Gold Bonvoy member also, so expected a bit more.

LikedThe hotel was very nice and what we love most about it was it’s proximity to Broadway Street. But it was still nice to not be right on the busy streets, but within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and bars.
