“Great Hotel in the Heart of Nashville”
LikedLocation, and history of the premises. The bellmen were extremely friendly and welcoming each time we returned to the hotel. The morning coffee was a welcome treat.
DislikedThe front desk staff had no energy, was a bit surprised they didn’t have the same energy of the bellmen

LikedHistoric building, great central location, friendly and helpful staff, luxurious room, excellent restaurant - the overall experience was about as good as I could imagine.
DislikedOf course you pay for this level of luxury. Value is subjective but I feel you do get what you pay for here.

LikedAbsolutely perfect location! Close to Broadway yet far enough away to not hear any of the noise!
DislikedNothing to not like! There is some construction going on right across the street right now starts at 7:00am but the walls are fairly thick and I could sleep through it.
Likedeverything exceeded expectations! The hotel was beautiful and the staff was helpful and very friendly. I had requested an early checkin since we arrived at 5:30am from a red eye flight from the west coast. They let us check in so we could sleep. The bed was the most comfortable bed ever for a hotel room stay.
Dislikednothing. It was perfection.
LikedEveryone was friendly and helpful. Loved the bathroom. Bathtub and shower were separate. Enjoyed taking a bath every night.
