DislikedStreet noise but it's not the hotels fault!

LikedWe came for our wedding night and got a room upgrade to a petite suite which was much appreciated. Also had complimentary champagne and drink cards on arrival. Overall the hotel is a really interesting space, not generic luxury at all. The hotel bars, cafes, and restaurants are all really lively and feel great to spend time in. They have a real neighborhood feel.

DislikedThis is a 5 star hotel on a 2 star street. It's a wide street that's pretty noisy and ugly. Not much they can do about it though. To be clear, the location is fantastic for accessibility to other parts of Manhattan, but the block is unpleasant.

LikedEverything. I felt almost like I was the only one in the hotel once I entered our room, and part of a well-run establishment when I left my room. It was a truly pleasurable experience.

Dislikednothing really except the nozzle in the shower was a bit hard to maneuver. tough life.

LikedEverything was amazing! From the art to the room. I would want to stay more nights next time to take advantage of everything.

DislikedFor the price, I would have loved for there to be free breakfast, but there were so many complimentary drinks and snacks in our room.
