LikedOne of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. This is my third visit, and again and again—no matter how highly I already rate it—they just keep getting better. From the moment of arrival, through the reception deskAlwa, the rooms themselves, and the gym and spa areas, every single staff member demonstrates exceptional courtesy, professionalism, and service.

LikedLocation, gym and SPA, spacious rooms, but more than anything else, the staff! Great service given by people that seem to love and appreciate their place of work. That says it all. I have had business oriented stays and personal, for both it was a great option. Another important factor, is the flexibility of the management to accommodate requests due to changes in travel plans, very significant when traveling for business.
LikedWonderful stay! The hotel has a true quiet luxury vibe with a calm and elegant atmosphere. The staff was very kind and professional, and the room was beautiful, comfortable, and well designed. The gym was fantastic, and the location is incredibly convenient. Highly recommended.
DislikedThe lobby is a bit small, but it does not take away from the overall high-quality and relaxing experience.

DislikedIt seemed like for the price of the hotel room, it could’ve been a little nicer. Bathroom vanity had been wet before and had swelling on it, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The shower only had a half door on it which allowed water to splash out on the floor. Tub had stains in it.
